  15. October 20, 2023: Jesse Arana earned a hung jury in a DUI case at the Fullerton, California (Orange County) courthouse. 
  16. January 18, 2024: City of Colusa, in Colusa county, California, attorney Brandon Williams got a 2 hour jury verdict of NOT GUILTY in a THC DUI case that the government mis-thought was a slam dunk with expert witness Okorie Okorocha.

  25. December 30, 2024: Los Angeles, California, Joseph Vaysman smashes the prosecution’s junk science in an alleged 0.22 BAC case that ends in a hung jury.  Los Angeles uses some of the most substandard laboratory instruments in the country and has lab techs pretending to be toxicology experts. 
  26. January 31, 2025: U.S. v. Williams, Military Court Martial, U.S. v. Williams, Super Attorney Aaron Meyer gets the DUI acquittal!
  27. January 17, 2025: Los Angeles, California, Los Angeles Public Defender Jessica Gomez wins a NOT GUILTY X 2 in a DUI case that should have never been even filed and was a complete abuse of prosecutorial discretion.
  28. January 21, 2025: Mark Khalaf hangs a 0.16 breath alcohol case by attacking the junk science
  29. January 21, 2025: Joseph Vaysman shows up and the government drop the charges on alleged 0.24 BAC and converted the case to a traffic ticket!
  30. February 14, 2025: The Los Angeles Public Defenders are on a roll so far in February 2025.  We are only halfway through the month, yet the following cases were dismissed before trial.  The Los Angeles Public Defenders consistently explain the flaws in the substandard forensic work performed by government crime labs in Los Angeles County.
